missingWrote a review on Mar 08friendly staffspacious roomsticky carpetcleanliness issuesuncomfortable bathroom
The carpet was uncomfortably sticky with stains, and I noticed some cleanliness issues in the bathroom that made my stay less enjoyable. However, the room was spacious enough and the staff provided exceptional service, being both friendly and responsive to my needs. The location was ideal for easy access to nearby attractions, making it a great base for exploration. Dining options included delightful European food that I thoroughly enjoyed, which slightly lifted my overall experience.

It was just a fine choice for a city escape in Longueuil with good value for money. I appreciated the decent beds and friendly staff that quickly provided an iron when I asked. Avoid upper floors if you have heavy luggage.

missingWrote a review on Oct 06comfortable bedsfriendly receptionistpoor cleanliness
The beds in the double room were comfortable, allowing for a decent night's sleep. The receptionist provided an iron and tissue box promptly when requested, which was helpful. However, the room had quite a few issues. There were exposed outlets, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The outside of the hotel looked run down with unsightly debris around, including an abandoned bathtub in the stairwell. The smell of cigarettes was pervasive throughout the premises, making it uncomfortable. I noticed some light bulbs were out, and the shower didn’t seem clean. Overall, while I appreciated some of the staff's efforts, the hotel needs significant improvements to the facilities.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to delicious dining options and close to the Longueuil metro terminal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Our room was newly redone and very clean, offering a comfortable stay.
However, the outside area was not well maintained, with litter and uncut grass detrimental to the overall ambiance.

We had nice times visiting the Old Port of Montreal, exploring the water and dining at local spots. The room size was manageable for my family, including our three dogs, and we found the front desk staff very accommodating with pet-related requests.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel added more outdoor spaces for pets and kids.
